Are you looking for more balance in your life? Join author, social justice educator, and yoga teacher Jacoby Ballard as he guides you to explore practices that will help you stay balanced in your heart amidst the suffering in the world.

With learnings from ancient philosophy and current neurobiological findings—and through discussion and Tonglen meditation, you will

  • Tap into your heart during these challening times 
  • Create a list of non-negotiables for your own self care
  • Learn how to be more available so you can show up for your community and loved ones
  • Explore the teachings of equanimity in order to be warmly present to what is happening in the world. 

Finish the program more grounded and equipped to handle the ups and downs that touch our lives and our communities.
