Our unique approach to coaching guides you to discover and act from your deepest inner wisdom in a way that joyfully serves your soul’s purpose and provides the tools to support your relationships at home, at work, and in the world. When you bring your actions and intentions into alignment, the way forward becomes clear, the possibilities boundless.

  • An introduction to Kripalu methodology and practice
  • Group coaching sessions with expert Kripalu life coaches
  • Share Circles and community support from your peers
  • Ways to identify and prioritize your goals and remove obstacles
  • Self-care and mindfulness techniques to integrate relaxation and improve personal health and wellness
