Kripalu Family Retreat Movement, Mindfulness, and Outdoor Adventures

For families with children ages 6–12.

This summer, let the whole family experience the magic of Kripalu. This brand new family retreat offers fun adventures for the kids, themed workshops for parents, and activities for you to share together.

There is no better place to explore nature, movement, and mindfulness than at Kripalu. Your days are filled with outdoor explorations, swimming, cooking, movement, and crafts—an entire week infused with fun! Develop imagination, confidence, teamwork, mindfulness, and gratitude as you

  • Explore our beautiful grounds on nature walks and forest excursions, at the labyrinth and lakefront, and during outdoor games
  • Practice yoga, tai chi, kung fu, and dance
  • Learn techniques for relaxation and presence
  • Expand imagination through crafts and outdoor creations
  • Learn how to be a more mindful and healthy parent in workshops designed just for you
  • Strengthen your bond through family sessions, including a campfire night, family dance and yoga, and a closing celebration.

Note The presenters are first aid/CPR and lifeguard certified. What to bring.

Children in this program must be accompanied by an adult, parent, or guardian who is also registered for the program. Regular housing rates apply to adults; children’s housing pricing is available for ages 12 and under. Please call to register.
