For men; no yoga or outdoor experience necessary.

Mark Gerow and special guests Steven Leonard, Micah Mortali and Jeremy Rock Smith invite you to spend five unforgettable days connecting with nature, building community, and exploring the power of ritual so that you may live with newfound intention.

In this immersive men’s retreat, you

  • Engage in mind-body practices to release physical and emotional tension and heal old wounds
  • Enhance your relationship with nature hiking the Yokun Ridge and surrounding trails
  • Participate in team-building exercises to foster connection and community
  • Foster a strong and diverse community
  • Delve into the cycles and stages of life and their relation to the cardinal directions
  • Explore forest bathing, tracking, birthing fire, drumming meditation, and more.

Steven Leonard, a Lead Faculty member at Kripalu, is a functional movement specialist, meditation educator, teacher trainer for the Kripalu School of Yoga, and a Mindful Outdoor Guide.
