Kripalu Men’s Retreat

For men; no yoga or outdoor experience necessary.

This guy’s-only retreat is a timeout from the day-to-day, and a check-in with nature. Join members of our experienced Kripalu Faculty for some fun practices, hiking and snowshoeing, and hands-on cooking classes.

While you're here, learn how to

  • Enhance your leadership qualities to be a more effective role model at home and at work
  • Practice Jaguar Yoga, qigong, tai chi, and/or meditation
  • Build fire, track wildlife, and identify local flora and fauna
  • Select whole-food ingredients, handle a knife, and cook delicious, nutritious meals.

This program offers the gifts of humor, insight, integrity, strength, and compassion. Leave renewed, revitalized, and secure in sharing your wisdom with the world.

Note Snowshoes, crampons, and trekking poles for outdoor adventure are provided.

Jeremy Rock Smith, Kripalu’s Executive Chef and a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, began his career in classical French cuisine. He is author of The Kripalu Kitchen: Nourishing Food for Body and Soul.
