Treat yourself to a special yoga and Ayurveda program designed to renew, recharge, and refresh the body and soul. In this special online retreat, beloved Kripalu Faculty Jess Frey guides you through the ancient wisdom of yoga and Ayurveda and the connection between pause and self-discovery.

It's easy to rush through and react automatically to the events in our lives. What yoga and Ayurveda teach us is that when we allow a gap, we begin to open ourselves to the present. From this place of pause, you have the space to uncover a renewed inspiration and energy to respond to life in new ways.

Explore practices to restore ‘letting be’ and unlocking the art of ‘The Pause.’ Discover what is revealed when you make yourself available to gathering presence, savor slowness, and value stillness. Through lecture, group discussion, journaling, and embodied mindful practices, you

  • Restore pathways of presence to yourself and others in a supportive community 
  • Nurture your body, awaken your heart, and focus your mind with rhythmic breathing, guided meditations, meditative slow flow, and Yin Yoga 
  • Discover new ways to be in the world by practicing ‘The Pause’ in everyday life 
  • Reconnect to an inner calm, clarity, and more authentic self.

Note Please have a blanket, bolster or cushions, yoga mat, journal, pen, and any other props you usually use for yoga practice available for this program.

Note All recordings will be available within 72 hours of the end of each session. You will have access to the video recording(s) for 30 days after the program ends.
