Kripalu Yoga Winter Immersion Beyond the Basics


This February, join beloved Kripalu Faculty Michelle Dalbec and deepen your asana, pranayama, and meditation practice. Designed for dedicated yoga practitioners or beginners looking to expand their knowledge, this four-week live online program offers the chance to explore the philosophy and poses of Kripalu Yoga.

In this heart-centered yoga immersion, learn alongside a community of other Kripalu Yoga practitioners and deepen your practice, both on and off the mat. Each week with Michelle as your guide, spend time together delving into the foundational elements through lecture and embodied practice as well as time for Q&A and connection with each other. 

Note Please have available any yoga props that usually support your practice for each session.

Note You will have access to the video recording(s) for 30 days after the program ends. All recordings will be available within 72 hours of the end of each session. 

This program—developed and led by our own faculty with the Kripalu methodology in mind—is offered exclusively at Kripalu.
