LifeForce Yoga Asana to Manage Your Mood

Research shows that yoga can help alleviate the effects of depression and anxiety. In this program, Rose Kress shows you how to enhance those effects by using specific postures that soothe anxiety or elevate depression. LifeForce Yoga techniques incorporate mantra, pranayama, bhavana (visualization), and dhyana (meditation) into the posture flow. This practice includes

  • An exploration of certain postures’ effect on mood
  • Poses that awaken, calm, and balance energy
  • Sound, hand gestures, and breathwork
  • Meditation and visualization.
