Meditation Fusion Five Teachers, Five Styles

For all levels.

Meditation is a vast tradition with many definitions, intentions, and techniques. Find the meditation style that works for you by exploring techniques with teachers from five different traditions. The key to establishing a regular practice is to discover the approach that truly aligns with your personality, experiences, and interests.

Experiment with meditation guided by five diverse experts who each specialize in a specific style:

  • Freestyle Meditation with Steven Leonard
  • Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction with Gail Zinberg
  • Qigong with Mark Roule
  • Kundalini Meditation with Ajeet Kaur
  • Miksang, or contemplative seeing, with Brian Sano.

Experience how your meditation practice can be as unique and dynamic as your life.
