Whether you are new to meditation or looking to deepen your existing practice, we invite you to show up just as you are, open to the many possibilities of meditation. Join a like-minded community and learn to cultivate compassionate awareness and sensitivity to prana, life-force energy.

Note This class is part of a series of live meditation sessions. Individual registration is required for each class. There will be no recordings of the classes.
