Join lifelong yoga, anatomy, and fitness professional Sadie Nardini for an empowering journey as you move toward strength, stamina, confidence, and boldness in the next and BEST phase of your life. In this retreat—designed for strong beginners and those with a semi-regular yoga or fitness practice—join other wild women over 40 and learn to age fiercely!

Through movement, yoga, fun fitness/cardio, dance, meditation, and self-reclaiming practices, you will:

  • Explore techniques to support your most effective, efficient yoga, and fitness practices.

Sadie Nardini, ERYT 500, is a lifelong yoga and movement instructor who is Harvard-certified in anatomy, Stanford-certified in exercise physiology, the founder of The Somatic Flexibility Technique®, Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga®, an anatomy-enhanced yoga style, and The Yoga Shred®, a joint-safer HIIT + Yoga fitness style.
