A Mindful Outdoor Retreat Presented by the Kripalu School of Mindful Outdoor Leadership

This program—developed and led by our own faculty with the Kripalu methodology in mind—is offered exclusively at Kripalu.

For everyone.

The Berkshires—an area long-heralded for its enchanting natural beauty and ability to refresh the mind, body, and spirit—is an ideal place to practice mindfulness as a doorway to deeper connection with nature.

Join in community with others who share an appreciation for nature and mindfulness in this retreat guided by Kripalu School of Mindful Outdoor Leadership faculty. Enhance your relationship with the natural world as you

  • Learn to meditate with the elements
  • Explore waterfalls and pools, and forest bathe in Kripalu’s grove of ancient hemlock
  • Experience the nine steps of a Kripalu Mindful Outdoor Experience
  • Practice outdoor skills such as animal tracking, fire-making, and foraging

The concrete tools you learn in this program can help you feel more comfortable outdoors.

Note The June instance of this program occurs during the summer solstice and will contain content around this significant time of year.
