Mindfulness and Nature

Kripalu is proud to partner with Mass Audubon for a one-of-a-kind outdoor program that combines leading mindfulness practices with the observation, appreciation, and identification of Berkshire flora and fauna. Join faculty and directors of Mass Audubon and our own yoga and outdoor educators to experience nature and wildlife through the lens of consciousness and awakened perspective.

In this program, you enjoy

  • Nature classes focused on identification of local plants, trees, and birds
  • Walking and seated meditations on lush forest trails and quiet outdoor spaces
  • Journaling exercises to spark creativity and establish a personal record of your experience
  • Ways to take appreciation and conservation of the natural world to your home and communities.
