There’s a growing awareness that alignment is important in the assessment and effectiveness of exercise. But exercise and alignment alone are not enough movement for well-being. Alignment is more than the orientation of your bones and joints—it is bigger than your body parts. Body alignment, like car alignment, includes the amount you’re “driving” your body each day. In this program, she combines indoor mat work with outdoor movement time and you to what she calls “vitamin texture” via barefoot and on-earth exercise.
