When you move with the deepest rhythms of your body, the possibilities of connection and curiosity become boundless. Come together in community as you embody practices that allow you to move beyond standardized shapes and postures and breathe in service to your own heart. From movement to stillness and back again, explore how dynamic the body is and how you can find peace when you move from within.

Through yoga, dynamic movement, and dance, you will

  • Discover unexpected ways to embody yoga from the inside out 
  • Examine how the breath can be incredibly healing, dynamic, and subtle 
  • Find ways into stillness and silence to give rise to the deep rumblings of your curiosity.
