Mudra Yoga to Increase Joy and Bliss 

TAP INTO YOUR INNER SPRING

Mudras are powerful hand gestures that recircuit your energy channels allowing you to tap into your inner spring of joy. Join beloved Kripalu faculty Jennifer Reis and learn about mudras and the bliss body—including the many benefits that joy has for your health and wellness—within the tradition of yoga.

Through an experiential flow with potent affirmations, breathwork, rhythmic movement, and yoga postures, learn how to

  • Use mudras in your practice
  • Release tension and uncover your inner bliss
  • Receive the joy that has been within you all along.

The program culminates with a Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra guided relaxation.

Note Please have a yoga mat, cushion or pillow, and blanket ready for this program. A yoga block, strap, chair, or other props are optional.

Note You will have access to the video recording(s) for 30 days after the program ends. All recordings will be available within 72 hours of the end of each session.
