Working directly with Terry Roth Schaff and her team of yoga therapists and yoga teachers, learn specific poses, breathing techniques, and meditation exercises designed to treat specific spinal and hip conditions.

In this program, learn how to

  • Traction the spine to combat degenerative disk disease
  • Lengthen your spine to reduce kyphosis and lordosis
  • Increase the range of motion in vertebral joints affected by osteoarthritis
