Positive Psychology Coaching Skill-Building Intensive

For everyone, including aspiring, new, and experienced coaches, and those interested in pursuing their own goals for positive change.

The Positive Psychology Coaching Skill-Building Intensive offers you the opportunity to learn and practice steps, skills, and techniques to help yourself and others successfully pursue goals for effective change in life, work, health, and relationships. Each day includes presentations, demonstrations, and practice coaching sessions as we work through each step of the CHANGE model for creating lasting transformation.

This blended-learning course has both online and on-site components. Starting online through the Wholebeing Institute, you’re introduced to the research and concepts that form the basis of Positive Psychology Coaching. Then, spend five days on-site at Kripalu, learning and practicing skills while making real progress toward a meaningful goal of your own.

Note The online component of this program is facilitated by Wholebeing Institute. You are invited to take this course as a stand-alone program or as part of Wholebeing’s Positive Psychology Coaching Certification program. No prior knowledge of either positive psychology or coaching is required to enroll in this course.

CE Credits This program is approved for ICF credits (Core Competencies: 20.5; Resource Development: 3.5). If you are interested in ICF credits, please inquire to the presenters directly.
