Drew Ramsey

Drew Ramsey, MD, is a leading proponent of using dietary change to help balance moods, sharpen brain function, and improve mental health. An assistant clinical professor of psychiatry at Columbia University, Drew’s clinical work focuses on the treatment of depression and anxiety with a combination of psychotherapy, lifestyle modification, and psychopharmacology. He uses modern psychological concepts and the latest brain science to help people live their healthiest, happiest lives. Drew is cofounder of National Kale Day and author of 50 Shades of Kale and The Happiness Diet, and Eat Complete (forthcoming May 2016).
