Ken Nelson, PhD, is dedicated to helping people heal, grow and awaken with mind-body practices and the wisdom traditions. He teaches gentle yoga, qigong, meditation, and bodywork. Ken is a former Fulbright lecturer and Kripalu Scholar-in-Residence, and has offered workshops worldwide since 1975. His CD, Yin Yoga, and DVD Qigong & Taiji for Healing & Vitality are Kripalu best sellers. Ken is coauthor with Lesli Lang and David Ronka of Creating the Conditions for Transformation, a book about tools that link the heart and mind, forthcoming in 2017.
