Rabbi Sigal Brier is a scholar, mystic, spiritual mentor, inspirational teacher, congregational rabbi, and artist with training in psychology, yoga, and meditation. For more than 30 years, she has shared methods that inspire people to live their heart’s purpose authentically and joyfully. Using a multidisciplinary and multicultural mind-body approach, Rabbi Sigal facilitates transformative experiences for individuals and groups from all walks of life, in diverse settings. She has presented at TED, and was featured on CBS Sunday Morning and NPR.
