Steven Leonard is a meditation enthusiast, yoga guide, Kripalu faculty member, musician, athlete, and writer. He holds a degree in exercise physiology and is the author of Throughout Infinity, an original book of poems. The core of Steven’s teaching is to feel all that life has to offer and trust the brilliant and natural wisdom within. He leads classes, workshops, and retreats throughout the Northeast.
