Steven Leonard believes every person has a unique way of engaging with and adapting to the joys and challenges of life. A faculty member at Kripalu, Steven leads meditation classes, workshops, retreats, and outdoor activities. He is an athlete, writer, musician, marriage officiant, and self-taught sushi chef with a degree in exercise physiology. Steven has worked in the field of wellness for more than 10 years and loves to guide people in a way that affirms their natural instincts and intelligence. He continues to learn about meditation from his teachers Lorin Roche and Jonathan Foust (Sudhir).
