Qigong and Tai Chi for Stress and Chronic Pain Relief

For everyone.

Traditional Chinese medicine teaches that pain and disease result from blocked, stagnant, or deficient energy. For centuries, people have practiced tai chi and qigong to open energy pathways and promote healing. And for decades, Western science has confirmed these results. Regular practice of tai chi and qigong can alleviate stress, improve sleep, restore vitality, and reduce pain. Come learn how to transform stress and pain into an opportunity for growth with a daily tai chi and qigong practice routine and experience a life filled with greater joy, tranquility, and renewed energy.

In this program, you learn how to open both body and mind to awaken healing energy. Master Yang shares qigong and tai chi practices that are challenging yet gentle enough to be practiced throughout your life. Return home with a set of straightforward, powerful exercises and meditations to practice daily to cultivate wellness.

Master Yang is a traditionally-trained tai chi and qigong practitioner from China and a Western-trained researcher with more than 30 years of teaching experience. He also has taken his own journey of healing from significant hip and back pain. His programs are fun, accessible, inspirational, and specifically designed to give you the tools you need to heal yourself. Students often comment that “he is an excellent communicator with a good sense of humor, kindness, and patience.”
