Rooted in ancient Chinese wisdom, qigong is designed to cultivate balance, strength, and calm. In this energy-enhancing program, you practice Bone Marrow Cleansing to build inner strength; and the Six Healing Sounds, a combination of specific sounds and breathing exercises to release stagnant energy (qi) from the inner organs. You also learn the complete Eight Brocades, a popular qigong that combines gentle stretching, coordination, and stimulating key energy channels.

While examining the principles of qigong,

  • Fine-tune your posture and alignment
  • Learn practical stress-reduction tools
  • Delve into the meditation practice of jing zuo, or tranquil sitting
  • Discuss the fundamental principles of Taoist and Buddhist medicine
