Queer Joy and Healing Retreat

EMBRACE YOUR TRUE SELF

What does it mean to be Queer? Who gets to define who you are? Finding your own identity seems to be getting trickier and more confusing these days for so many of us. Join Kripalu lead faculty member Yuval Samburski to gather in your brightness as we create a circle of community, support, and understanding. Through discussion, yoga, guided meditations, heart-centered practices, and more, you will

  • Explore what being Queer means to you
  • Find a community and support system of other Queer people
  • Practice restorative yoga, loving-kindness meditations, and gentle breath practices
  • Reconnect to the most authentic you—the nonjudgemental, joyous child inside.

In our uniqueness, our inner-light, and our queerness, let's connect and truly shine.

Note Previously used as a slur, the term Queer has been reclaimed by the LGBTQIA+ movement and is now used broadly to describe many people, including those who are nonbinary or do not identify as exclusively straight or heterosexual.
