On Campus Program

Realizing Freedom Together Rituals and Practices for an Awakened World 


We are living in a time when wakefulness and compassion are essential in order to realize freedom together. Join activist, social justice warrior, and author Michelle Cassandra Johnson and meditation teacher  Caverly Morgan for an on campus program that shares wisdom from their newest books, We Heal Together and The Heart of Who We Are. 

Through yoga, meditation, inquiry, and discussion, and more Michelle and Caverly will guide you to

  • Build essential skills for being awake in the world. 
  • Practice rituals meant to bring us in deeper connection with ourselves and one another.
  • Gain a deeper understanding of your true nature and connection to all things.
  • Build a capacity to respond to the times in which we are living with compassion. 
  • Embrace the importance of your role is in this awakened world.
