Find out what makes breakfast, lunch, and dinner at Kripalu so good—and explore each section in the dining room, from the buffet to the sandwich bar. Whether it's the philosophy of cooking to culinary techniques, Jeremy will simplify it all and set you up for success. You will learn about 

  • Kripalu's food philosophy and its guiding principles
  • Knife techniques and how to use your knife like a pro 
  • The three most popular vegetable cooking techniques used in the Kripalu Kitchen 
  • How to use spices, season a dish, and cook both animal and vegetable proteins.

Additionally, you will learn how to make a vinaigrette and salad, a basic grain pilaf with seasonal variations, and a Kripalu Signature dessert!
