Body Trust® is a reclamation of pleasure, knowing, wanting, and listening. It is a reclamation of Self. Body Trust work is a process of healing the body after it has been harmed by stigma, diet culture, shame, and difference, then further distanced by our attempts to mitigate that harm by trying to control our size, shape, or appearance.
