Reclaiming Body Trust

For women, femmes, trans, non-binary, or genderqueer folks.

Body Trust® is a reclamation of pleasure, knowing, wanting, and listening. It is a reclamation of Self. Body Trust work is a process of healing the body after it has been harmed by stigma, diet culture, shame, and difference, then further distanced by our attempts to mitigate that harm by trying to control our size, shape, or appearance.

If you’re ready to move beyond diet culture, unravel tiresome patterns, and regain connection with your body, come learn

  • What a Body Trust practice looks like and the phases people go through while doing this work
  • Ways to begin healing from the effects of weight stigma and diet culture
  • How to feel less body shame, move toward pleasure, and find more satisfaction and joy in your life.

This is a revolutionary approach to food, body, and health concerns that is deeply nourishing and runs counter to conventional paradigms.
