Reclaiming Body Trust A Path to Healing and Liberation

Are you tired of trying to adhere to unrealistic body standards? Are you ready to nurture and reconnect with your body? Body Trust® is a radically different way to occupy and care for your body. It is a reclamation of pleasure and a way of listening to your body that is completely counter to conventional “wisdom” about food, body image, weight, and health in our culture.

Join Body Trust cofounders Dana Sturtevant and Hilary Kinavey for this important work that teaches you to heal your relationship with your body after it has been harmed by stigma, diet culture, shame, and difference. Through group work and discussion, learn

  • A holistic and powerful framework for accepting and liberating your body and yourself
  • What a Body Trust practice looks like and the phases people go through while doing this work
  • Ways to begin healing from the effects of weight stigma and diet culture
  • How to feel less body shame, end the hustle, and allow for more pleasure and satisfaction in your life.

Discover the pathway out of a rigid, mechanistic way of thinking about the body and into a more authentic, sustainable way to occupy your beautiful self. Now is the time to unravel tiresome patterns and reconnect with your body.
