Taking intentional steps to remember your loved ones is a key to healing grief. Honoring family and friends who have died and proactively keeping them present in your life can help you fare better emotionally after a loss. It also opens doors to a more creative, connected, and integrated life.

Through dialogue, writing exercises, interactive activities, and creative process, this empowering program explores new and uplifting ways to celebrate the family and friends you never want to forget. Embark on a life-affirming journey of wholeness and healing that includes opportunities to build relationships with other participants while recognizing and honoring each other’s losses.
