The Resilient Self A Healing Journey for Individuals and Couples

For everyone, including therapists.

Imagine making peace with yourself and the people who hurt you in the past. Whether your injuries are from an unfaithful partner, an addicted parent or sibling, an ungrateful child, or a former friend, in this program you learn to

  • Release the shame, depression, and anger that often comes from being wronged
  • Let go of your preoccupation with the relationship injury and re-engage with life
  • Craft a level of relationship with the person who hurt you, ranging from completely cut-off to full engagement, depending on what makes sense to you
  • Create opportunities for the offender to earn forgiveness, if they are willing
  • Restore a sense of personal dignity.

Come alone, with the person who hurt you, or with a friend. You are invited to participate at whatever level feels comfortable.

“I remain changed and grateful for this workshop at Kripalu.
