On Campus Program

Restorative Yoga and Sound Healing for the New Year

Taking care of ourselves is our responsibility. When we do, we can maintain a healthy body, soul, and mind to become the best version of ourselves. Our own healing, however, is constantly challenged by the ever-hectic, stressful pace of our lives.

Join Kripalu lead faculty member Yuval Samburski for a special New Year's Eve edition of his successful on campus program, Restorative Yoga and Sound Healing. Yuval will share some of the world’s most colorful musical instruments—Tibetan bowls, chimes, steel drums and more—to help you experience transformative, healing magic from deep within yourself.

Through restorative yoga, meditation, gentle breathwork, and more, you will

  • Experience a transformative sound healing session
  • Engage in intention-setting practices for yourself, and for the entire universe
  • Practice self-massage and other self-care techniques
  • Use the power of your voice to celebrate and welcome the New Year.

Return home feeling joyous and ready for abundance.

Deepen your experience and stay for the whole week.

This program is suitable to take in conjunction with Yuval's four-day program, Transformation Through The Breath, December 26–30.

This program—developed and led by our own faculty with the Kripalu methodology in mind—is offered exclusively at Kripalu.
