RISE Stress Resilience Training for Law Enforcement

This RISE immersion is for law enforcement professionals.

Studies show that most stress reduction programs do not work for law enforcement. However, RISE—Kripalu’s evidence-based training—offers first responders the tools for mental preparedness as a pathway to resilience and optimal performance in the line of duty. The program includes a daily workshop mix of instruction, strategic tools, and practice. You also have opportunities to ask questions and time to connect with peers.

In this program, you

  • Receive tactical tools to respond optimally in high-stress situations
  • Unpack the most critical stressors that may cause you to disengage and examine their impact on your personal well-being
  • Learn to use tactical tools to creatively and productively manage stress, and stay safe and engaged for the long term.

Tuition: $550 per person; plus room and board
