Roll Model Therapy Balls offer immediate relief and can be used as an adjunct to yoga, Pilates, athletics, injury prevention and recovery, stress management, or day-to-day maintenance. Approved by physical therapists, pain specialists, and mental-health professionals, whole-body ball choreography can create profound, positive change in the rotator cuff, spine, neck, jaw, hips, IT band, calves, feet, and emotional well-being.

Become anatomically fluent so that you can identify bony landmarks, muscular attachments, fascia geography, and pain physiology in your body.
