Sahaj Samadhi Meditation

For all levels.

Sahaj means natural, effortless—in other words, easy to learn. The word Samadhi translates as deep meditation that is peaceful, invigorating, ever-changing, and productive. Sahaj Samadhi Meditation requires no concentration and its time-tested results are immediate.

Sahaj Samadhi Meditation is part of a tradition of knowledge that is thousands of years old, and it is taught within a framework that has preserved this knowledge in its purity. Your learning begins with one-on-one instruction and initiation from a certified teacher in which you receive a personal mantra that acts as a vehicle for the mind to fall into meditation on its own. This is followed by group meditation and classes that cover all aspects of meditation, including

  • An ancient gratitude ceremony with mantras and chants to harmonize and purify your system
  • The mechanics of meditation and the mind
  • Multiple group meditation sessions for deep rest
  • Easy-to-learn breathing techniques
  • A rejuvenating sequence of yoga postures including Sukshma Yoga (subtle yoga).

Learn to effortlessly meditate on your own and return home with a daily practice that increases mental clarity, energy, and peace of mind, while improving relationships and physical health.
