Learn new, healthy ways to stay active, get better sleep, and find joy in your wisdom years. Yoga—and its associated lifestyle practices—is an ancient science that offers many health benefits, especially as we mature. Join Kripalu faculty members Vandita Kate Marchesiello and Ken Nelson in a nurturing retreat designed to balance your body and mind, increase strength and flexibility, promote sound sleep, and heighten your overall mindfulness and awareness throughout the day.

Vandita and Ken skillfully guide you through mind-body practices that enhance wellness and vitality as you age. Together you
