Join Kripalu faculty members Vandita Kate Marchesiello and Ken Nelson in a nurturing retreat designed to balance your body and mind, increase strength and flexibility, promote sound sleep, and heighten your overall mindfulness and awareness throughout the day.

With more than 75 years of shared experience “walking the talk," Vandita and Ken skillfully guide you through mind-body practices based in the Eastern wisdom traditions of meditation, yoga, and qigong to enhance wellness and vitality in your wisdom years.

EVENING EVENT
Kripalu is pleased to host a special evening event in collaboration with AARP as part of this program. AARP’s special guest presenters, Tia Murphy and Joyce Ramsey, bring their popular national Disrupt Aging® workshop to Kripalu on Thursday, November 1, from 7:00–9:00 pm.
