She Recovers at Kripalu Celebrating Our Individualized, Patchwork Approaches to Recovery

She Recovers, an international movement of women in or seeking recovery from substance use disorders and addictions, trauma, codependency, loss, and other life challenges, creates welcoming (sober) spaces and transformative opportunities for women to connect, support, and empower each other.

Dawn Nickel and Taryn Strong, the founders of She Recovers, are joined by celebrated Kripalu teachers who add their expertise to this holistic healing program. Come explore, celebrate, and share your experience of the many patchworks of wellness we have stitched together as we face our individual life challenges. This program includes

  • Group coaching sessions on worthiness and living your purpose facilitated by Dawn Nickel
  • Trauma-informed yoga for recovery classes with Taryn Strong
  • Workshops in mindful eating, art as therapy, and practicing spirituality in nature with Kripalu faculty
  • She Recovers evening share circles.

Start the spring season off in the company of other women in recovery who, just like you, are choosing to be the happiest, healthiest versions of themselves.
