Spring cleaning isn’t limited to what’s inside your closet. Come celebrate spring with this yoga and nutrition program designed to detoxify body, mind, and spirit. Your body goes through a significant change from winter to spring and a cleanse is the perfect way to shed the layers that may be weighing you down. In addition to two hours of daily vinyasa yoga, this program also includes

  • An introduction to meditation and pranayama for clarity
  • Myofascial release to unravel tension and clear out toxins in tissues
  • Nutrition lectures on whole-foods, supplements, and balanced meal planning 
  • Journaling and goal setting for optimal health 
  • Afternoon restorative yoga and nightly group dinners.

Valerie Knopik, PhD, E-RYT, is the Ben and Maxine Miller Professor of Human Development and Family Studies at Purdue University, the director of research for the Yoga Medicine Research Institute, and a yoga teacher trainer for Yoga Medicine, founded by Tiffany Cruikshank.
