Summer Solstice Yoga Retreat

The summer solstice marks the longest day of the year, a time when the earth wears a gown of green. After a long, cold winter we shed layers, swim in cooling waters, walk through lush forests, and enjoy the fresh food that nature provides. It is a time of lightness, opening, and movement.

Yoga and Ayurveda provide simple tools to help us align with the changes that summer brings and live in greater harmony with the earth. In this retreat, you
