Sustainable Happiness An Immersion in Mindful Living

For everyone.

Momentary feelings of peace and connection are blissful, but what’s the key to sustaining positive brain change? According to psychologist Elisha Goldstein, the “X” factor lies in a particular combination of experiential integration, peer/mentor support and curating enriched environments powerful enough to transform mindfulness from a concept or fleeting experience into an actual lasting way of life.

Elisha, author of Uncovering Happiness, invites you to join him for an immersion in mindful living. Through a combination of conversation, experiential practice, and play, you learn

  • Foundational techniques for soothing the body and calming the frenetic mind
  • The science and essential practices of mindfulness, self-compassion, and play
  • Creative exercises and activities to enhance learning, benefit the brain, develop a mindful mindset, and keep you motivated
  • How to curate your environments to deepen your sense of interconnectedness with the universe and others and seamlessly integrate mindful-living practices in your life and relationships.

This program provides an opportunity to dive into the mindful living practices that Elisha teaches in his six-month online mentorship program, A Course in Mindful Living. (That course is not a prerequisite for this program.) Regardless of previous experience, this program teaches you not only how to take your mindfulness practice off the cushion and into daily life, but how to make it sustainable.
