Tai Chi and Qigong for Sleep, Stress, and Weight Loss

For all levels.

Stress and poor sleep often underlie stubborn weight issues. Recent studies have shown that both can cause us to eat larger portions, snack more often, and make questionable food choices. In this program, Yang Yang invites you to break the stress-sleep-weight gain cycle, and have fun doing it!

Master Yang combines insights drawn from ancient Chinese philosophy, or “Grandmother Wisdom,” with martial arts, medical practices, and modern scientific findings. The result is a balanced routine of deep meditations and dynamic mind-body exercises to get at the root of stress, sleep, and weight problems.

Equally beneficial for beginners and long-time practitioners, this program is appropriate for all ages and abilities. Master Yang’s workshops are filled with fun, laughter, and good humor. Let the power of “Grandmother Wisdom,” tai chi, and qigong guide you on a journey toward reduced stress, better sleep, and weight loss.

Note Please bring clean (indoor) sneakers to wear during class.
