Tai Chi Easy™ (developed by Roger Jahnke) combines gentle exercises, breathing practices, self-massage, and meditation to enhance energy, or qi—the vital essence that creates health, well-being, and harmony—to strengthen, cleanse, and provide a refreshing, healing boost for body, mind, and spirit.

The Tai Chi Easy Practice Leader Certification Training is a step-by-step program to support you in creating powerful practice sessions. Throughout this training, you explore

  • How to teach the tai chi principles of breathing, relaxation, and mindfulness
  • The reasons why the slow, flowing movements of tai chi have so many health-enhancing effects, such as increased blood flow, improved cardiovascular fitness, endorphin production, brain plasticity, better sleep, and improved mood.
