Replenish your body’s natural resources as beloved Kripalu faculty Jurian Hughes guides you through mindful, slow-flow Kripalu Yoga, restorative relaxation, heart-nourishing chant, and joyful, meditative movement. With her inspiring, uplifting, compassionate, and creative approach, Jurian helps you to cultivate ease, connect to breath, and attune to intuition. 

All levels of experience and fitness are welcome. Modifications will be offered throughout. Come celebrate the joy of spring’s imminent return and the gift of being together in community.
