Therapeutic Thai Yoga Massage for Everyone

For everyone, including massage therapists, yoga teachers, and yoga therapists.

Looking for ways to work with people who experience stiffness or have neck and back pain or shoulder tension; the elderly; or pregnant women—who may all be in need of a therapeutic approach to these conditions and stages of life? Come explore Thai Yoga Massage, a unique way to share loving-kindness, care, and compassion.

Shai Plonski offers techniques and principles that can help with many issues in a way that feels at least as good to give as it does to receive. In this training, you learn

  • A 75-minute full-body Thai Yoga Massage session
  • Important contraindications for individual needs
  • The secrets to giving an incredible massage
  • The use of props for optimal comfort
  • How to take better care of your body while helping others.

This is an opportunity to bring your own specific cases and receive guidance and moves to help address the needs of your clients or others in your life.

Note Tuition includes a manual. This program is open to everyone, though some experience with body-based practices such as massage, yoga, tai chi, physical therapy, and Reiki is an asset. This practice can be done on a massage mat on the ground or on a massage table.
