Threads Of Life Movement and Mindset for Radiant Health
- Presenter: Finlay Wilson
- Presenter: Farrah Fawcett
EXPERIENCE CLARITY AND A STRONG FOUNDATION
From the ancient Greeks and the thread of fate, weaving and the metaphors of creation have been an integral part of our storytelling. Movement also allows us to tell the story of who we are, all we were before, and how we can heal.
Join senior Scottish yoga teacher Finlay Wilson and Scottish musician Farrah Fawcett for a program that weaves together storytelling, nature, and meditation to bring your intentions to life. Through pranayama, asana, journaling, and more, you will
- Expand your movements to navigate all the threads that make up your practice
- Learn the four unique sequencing approaches to asana
- Strengthen your passion for yoga and its many limbs
- Reignite and reiterate your vital connection with nature.
Participants can expect sessions that offer a steady pace so you can remain grounded and build a strong foundation, both physically and mentally. An assistant will be available to help with modifications and traditional live Scottish folk music will be offered during savasana.
Note No prior yoga experience is necessary. As part of this program, Farrah and Finlay will also be offering an optional special fireside evening featuring traditional Scottish music.
