Back by popular demand! Join Kripalu's beloved Chef Jeremy Rock Smith for a lively online program that teaches you how to break down and cook a popular Kripalu dish step-by-step. Gain essential culinary techniques as you learn to 

  • Locate the key information and steps within a recipe
  • Get comfortable improvising or adjusting a recipe quantity  
  • Become a better cook and impress your family and friends!

Through detailed directions, discussion, and lots of laughter, Jeremy's foundational cooking techniques will increase your comprehension in the kitchen so you can cook independently, and with confidence.

Note Because the emphasis of this program will be on preparation, pacing, and flow, plan to follow along with the recipes, take notes, and ask questions so you will be prepared to cook on your own later. Recipes will be provided, and class recordings will be available within 72 hours of the end of each session. You will have access to the video recording(s), as well as an email address for questions, for 30 days after the program ends.
