In this two-hour evening program, Jennifer’s beloved Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra—an inspired guided meditation that transforms your whole being—has a special focus on uniting with your heart's light to awaken your inner compassion and acceptance.

Through heart-expanding yoga postures, hand mudras, gentle movement, and soothing breathing techniques, you will
