VINYASA YOGA CLASS

MOVE WITH BREATH

The practice of vinyasa is an empowering, meditative workout for mind, body, and spirit. Kripalu's vinyasa classes retain all the foundational ingredients and core teachings of Kripalu Yoga—including Kripalu Yoga’s essence as a mindful, compassionate practice. Each of these weekly classes include asana, pranayama, and meditation, while you tap into the intelligence of prana, a hallmark of Kripalu Yoga.

Under the guidance of beloved Kripalu Faculty Sadia Bruce, join a community and build your practice, focus on synchronizing breath with movement, and make time for sustaining and integrating postures. The class is ideal for those with an existing practice, though newcomers who feel fit and strong are also welcome. 

Note This class is part of a series of vinyasa classes. Individual registration is required for each class. There will be no recordings of the classes.
