Both uplifting and deeply relaxing, this powerful intensive combines dynamic vinyasa yoga with Jacqui Bonwell and soulful Yin Yoga with Sagel Urlacher. A perfect complement to today’s “always on” lifestyle, the quiet, inward stillness of Yin Yoga unwinds tension on all levels of your being, reconnecting your head with your heart. This stillness is balanced with vinyasa flow, which encourages you to become an efficient, sophisticated, and organized mover, thinker, and breather.
