Water Element Yoga A Stand Up Paddleboarding and Kayaking Retreat

Dive into the nourishing properties of water, the fourth of the five great elements, the source of all life and the container of prana, the energy that courses through the universe. Expertly led by our certified guides and teachers, you discover the joys of yoga and meditation on boards and boats on our very own Lake Mahkeenac.
